Of Toronto and formerly of Ottawa. Suddenly, in his 69th year, at his residence, on Wednesday, December 22, 2010. He was predeceased by his mother Enid and father Gordon. He will be missed by his brother James (wife Suzanne), niece Laura, and nephew Michael and will be remembered by numerous cousins and friends. Following David’s wishes no visitation or funeral was held and cremation has occurred. His ashes will be interred in the family plot in Ottawa’s Pinecrest Cemetery in the spring.
