In reading the comments posted here by friends and family, it’s obvious Debra was a lovely soul who will be dearly missed. I am so sorry and shocked to hear of Debra's passing. It's hard to imagine that someone who had so much energy and life in her could be gone. The neighbourhood will not be the same. We will miss her greatly.

Dearest Deb and family,
I am so blessed to have known you Deb. I feel so grateful that you were my friend and coworker that has left a lasting impression on my life and daughter Angelica. Your strength, courage and love made you a phenomenal woman. Everywhere I look in Angelica's nursery I see your shining love and presence. From the beautiful rocking horse you gave me that my daughter absolutely loves, to the mobile I made into a dream catcher for her and her favourite pink love elephant. Angelica and I will never forget you. She was so loved by you and you were an amazing mother, wife, grandmother and woman. Upon hearing about your passing I felt a profound lost for your family, friends and our school. But, I am so thankful that every morning I was able to see your beautiful face at Port Royal and chat with you about our families, health and life. You taught me so much about life, family, motherhood and treating others the way you wanted to be treated. Your spirit shone brightly and will be gravely missed. I thank God everyday for putting you in our lives. I will continue to pray for you and your family during this difficult time. Your generosity and thoughtfulness were immeasurable. You made me feel safe, valued, loved and respected. I can't count the times you went out of your way to help me out. I pray that you are at peace and there is no more suffering for I never want to see you in pain. Know that we will never forget you. Death is only the last chapter of your outstanding life but you will live on through eternity because you are a beautiful angel now watching over us all. To your family my deepest condolences and prayers are with you all.
Love you all,
Tiffany Edey

Stan and family,

We always appreciated the dedication and care that Debra demonstrated through her incredible hard work on her property. She was an inspiration to all who valued a beautiful and immaculately maintained yard. By taking such good care of her part of this earth, she clearly showed the love and care she provided for all those who knew and loved her.

To Stan and the family, we offer our deepest sympathies and heartfelt prayers.
We are here for you.
