Donald's greatest joy in life was his family, especially his children, whom he loved deeply and unconditionally. He will be remembered for his king heart, quiet strength and his sense of humour. He found his greatest happiness in time spent with those he loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving spouse, Laura; his children, Daniel and Mateo; his parents, Jorge and Rosa; and his many family members and friends who will miss him beyond words.
Donald will be remembered always and loved forever.
A visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Homes, located at 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, Ontario, M1K2B5, Canada. The visitation is scheduled for January 12, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at Saint Maria Goretti Parish, 717 Kennedy Rd, Toronto, Ontario, M1K 3N8, Canada, on January 13, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
