Donny was born on August 30th 1955. He was born at Michael Garron Hospital and chose to be there when he passed in to his new world.
Donny became a teacher in 1978 with the Toronto District School Board and continued to teach with them until his retirement in 2013.
He was a beloved teacher to many many students. So much so that even after he retired in 2013 at East York Alternative School, he continued to deliver Christmas presents each year to the students. Donny also loved to volunteer each year at Sunnybrook Hospital. He was the most generous and loving human being that could possibly be. He was the best friend everyone dreams of. Somebody who was always present when you wanted or needed him.
He was papa to 5 beautiful budgie birds that miss him as much as we all do.
His lively spirit and loving soul are forever with us.
