Dorothy Mae Beatrice Henderson

Died January 6, 2013 in her 93rd year at the Community Nursing Home, Pickering, Ontario. Dorothy, born in Toronto, Ontario on July 1, 1920 (with a birthday celebrated across Canada!) was the only child of Beatrice (Weller) and John Hobson

Hollingworth of Stratford Ontario. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd George Henderson (2010), to whom she was married for over 60 years, she was delighted to become great-grandmother to Molly Zeeman a few short weeks ago. Dorothy will be greatly missed by daughters Deane (Joe Zeeman) and Deborah Henderson (Ron Cushman) beloved grandchildren Cora Zeeman (Jimmy Imambaks), Jacob (Shasta) and Caroline Zeeman, Kristina Cushman, Lisa and Laura Pazzano. Friends and family will be received at Jerrett Funeral Home, (660 Kennedy Road between Eglinton and St Clair), Scarborough on Saturday,

January 12, 2013 from 12:30 pm to the time of funeral service in the Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Duffin Meadows Cemetery, Pickering. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family. Heartfelt thanks from the family to the staff of the Community Nursing Home for the exceptional care Dorothy received there, especially in her final days.
