60 - Hamilton, Ontario, sadly passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Born July 4, 1953 in Halifax, Nova Scotia to Frank Bruce and Frances (Babe) Bruce, Dewie was a devoted, hard-working and loving father, son and brother. He will be remembered for his kind heart and endless love for his family. He is survived by his Mother Frances (Babe) Bruce, Son, Tristan (Catherine) of Brantford, Daughters: Delise, Cheyenne (Toronto) and Mahala (New York). Grand-Children: Priya, Kiona and Jacob. Brothers: Wade (Toronto) and Frank Bruce Jr. (Halifax). Sisters: Nadine (Glenn) and Stephanie (Jimmy) both of North Preston, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. He is predeceased by his father Frank Bruce.
Friends and family will be received at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 2570 Danforth Ave (at Main Subway stn.) 416-698-3121 on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. A Funeral service will follow at 4:00 P.M. at Grant A.M.E. Church, 2029 Gerrard Street, East, Toronto, ON M4E 2B3.
