Elizabeth Naomi Emily Moniz April 6, 1981 - February 12, 2021
It is with immense sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Elizabeth on February 12, 2021 at the age of 39. Deeply missed by her young son, Harrison, parents, Panchita and Brian, sisters, Sue (Herman) and Jennifer (Anthony), brother, Bill (Dana), nieces, Imogen and Sienna, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends (including Harrison's favourites, Craig, Jeff, and Scott), and fur-baby, Pnut. Liz was born in Toronto where she attended Corpus Christi Catholic School and Notre Dame High School. She later graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo. Liz was known for her love of the Toronto Blue Jays, reality TV shows, the Toronto Raptors, and pumpkin spice. More than anything else, she loved her son and treasured every moment with Harrison. Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, the service and interment will be private. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. Liz, you will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Give Thai and Ebby a hug for us in heaven.
"Grieve not, Nor speak of me with tears, But laugh and talk of me As if I were beside you there."

So full of light
It shines through the ages
Like the Sun.
Chasing away darkness
With a smile so bright
Now
Immortalized in Your Son
Her laughter filled a room and also filled hearts.
Pizza Daddy, Maury, Sangria's, Big Paws, Old Man Boyfriend, and so many more memories.
You will be missed

Your smile lit up the room when you walked by. You would always bring such a positive vibe to whatever area you were in. I'm sorry we never got to travel with the kids......But your memory will come with me.
Rest easy beautiful. You are missed.

My deepest condolences to all of Liz's family. Liz will be missed by all that knew her. She always had a smile on her face and always happy. It was so nice to see her in the summer taking Harrison to day care. They would walk up the hallway chatting as they went.
Rest in Peace Liz. It was a pleasure to know her.
