Suddenly but peacefully on January 19, 2011 at the age of 78. Loved and enormously missed by Valda, his wife of 50 years, daughters Gunilla and Christina, sons-in-law Johan and Erik, grandchildren Helena, Alexander, Emil, and Markus. A dedicated architect, planner, and designer with a positive loving spirit, he will be forever remembered by family, friends, and colleagues whose lives he touched. Family and friends may visit at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel, 467 Sherbourne Street (South of Wellesley), Toronto, ON Monday, January 24, 2011 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at 12 p.m. at St. John’s Latvian Lutheran Church, 200 Balmoral Avenue, Toronto, ON. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Latvian Canadian Cultural Centre.
