It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Frances Ann Johnston (Mar 26/1927-Aug 27/2025). Loving mother of Fran Elaine and Paul. Predeceased by husband Robert Conrad Johnston (Bob) and sons David, William (Billy) and Robert.
Elegant and beautiful, Fran’s generosity, smiles and sense of humour will be missed by her family, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She was bright, highly motivated and confident with many interests and talents. She was well read, an avid bridge player, world traveller, lifetime scholar and entrepreneur at heart. Her empathy towards others was appreciated. A trusted friend, she more often than not reflected an inspiring spirit that will be missed.
A Celebration of Life will be at Bradgate Arms, 54 Foxbar Rd. Toronto in the Sommerset Room on Sun Sept. 14th from 2 to 4pm.
