Francesco Antonio Villella, age 79, of Toronto, Ontario passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Antonio was born April 29, 1942 in Lamezia Terme, Calabria, Italy. Antonio immigrated to Canada in June 1972 with his family and became a part of the St. Clair Italian community.
Antonio is predeceased by his beloved wife Concetta. He is the loving father of Rosina (Marco) and Paolo. Cherished Grandfather of Cassandra, Antonio, Sabrina and Gianmarco. Survived by his sisters Giovanna, Antonietta and brothers Andrea, Pasquale and many nieces and nephews.
He will be loved, deeply missed and forever remembered by all of his family and friends in Canada, Italy and Australia.
A visitation for Antonio will be held Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St Clair Ave West, Toronto, ON M6E1B1. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 10:30am at St. Clare's Catholic Church 1118 St. Clair Ave., West, Toronto. Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery, 1450 St. Clair Ave., W., Toronto
