Passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 29th, 2012 at home surrounded by his family at the age of 84. Devoted husband to Joan Pelly of 54 years. Survived by Raymond Pelly (Carmen) of Caledon, Ontario, Debbie Pelly of Coquitlam, B.C. Loving grandpa of Cinnamon, Ray, Larry, Lisa and great grandpa of Aaliyeh and Ryley. Frank will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. A private cremation has taken place at Franks request.
