Franzie was a great guy to work with, very well-liked and respected, with a big sense of humour.  He was a wonderful person who touched many lives.

I was greatly saddened to hear of Frans passing this morning. He was thought of often and missed deeply when he stopped attending DIBC, and was welcomed back with smiles and hugs when returned the past couple of years. What a wonderful and kind man he was.
