Gary was born in New Westminster, British Columbia on May 18, 1941. Son of Massey and Jean (Ueda) Nitta. Gary was an avid sports fan, supporting his favourite NFL team, the Dallas Cowboys. Gary is survived by his daughter Christine (Randy), brother Ken (Ruth) and nieces Lian and Kathleen. Gary was predeceased by his loving wife Rose.
Gary will be cremated in Toronto and his family asks that he be remembered for his kindness and laughter, and not the sadness of his passing.
