Passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 31,2016. Visitation will be held at JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, on Friday, January 6, 2017, from 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, January 7, 2017, at 11 a.m. Cremation to take place. Donations in memoriam can be made to the Heart and Stoke Foundation.
