Hey, John Boy. I liked calling you that. 

The laughters, the temper tantrums, the silliness - so many of them and forever they will remain in my thoughts and in my heart.

The stories we shared, I shall forever keep for myself.

You got your first scooter and you said thank you for giving my feet back. You got your red funky shoes and you said thank you. You got your Limited Edition of Disney's Mickey Mouse Watch and you said thank you. The same day,  December 31, 2012, you moved to Eastdale and you said thank you and welcome to my home. It was then you asked to get a hug and once again you said - thank you.

Thank you- are just two words but they are the words you always muttered each time you begot anything from any one and you meant them.

Please allow me to say - THANK YOU for coming into my life...into our lives. Many will miss you. I already do.

You never got to go to my home state of Hawaii but now, now you can just magically go there.

We are so sorry to hear of Johnny's death, our deepest condolences to Maria, Joey and Amy and their families.  Johnny will be missed by all.  May he rest in peace and find comfort in heaven with his parents and our Lord.

Our deepest condolences go out to Mary, Amy, Joey and their families. A young man gone too soon in the prime of his life, he will be greatly missed.  May you find comfort in knowing that he is watching over you while remembering all the good memories that you shared together. May he rest in eternal peace God bless him.

John Remember this...Christmas 2017- John, Audrey(Worker) and Major Oldford.   We had more food that participants that year...so everyone went home with a plater of Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and stuffing like we had room to put more food.  lol.

Dear John, 
You will be greatly missed.  The laughter and tears we shed together will not be forgotten.  I recall when you were re-housed by Booth Supportive Services, and saying to you...John, your too far from your family.  You would look at me and say..."That's okay, my dad will come visit".  Which he did. I liked working with you over the years.  Your easy going mentality and demeanor made it always a joy and pleasure to work with you. I remember the last time we ate together...at Grillers on the Danforth.  It was your Graduation/Symbolic Gesture from the Army wishing you well on your journey to Independence and self reliance.  I can't believe your gone just after our talk a few weeks ago.   John, you will never be forgotten.  I've enclosed a picture of you of our last supper.   Save a burger for me...Don't eat it all. RIP JOHNNY I will always love you.  I wish I could've done something for you to prevent your death. I won't ever forget some good get togethers and times spent together and talking on the phone. Johnny, my cousin, my brother,  my friend.  Growing up we shared many family get togethers, holidays and celebrations. You were a man of honesty, gentle, kind and giving. You had a good nature and sense of humour that I will miss dearly. 
Your health was never good, but you never complained. You used to say you had nine lives.
Now you're reunited in heaven with your parents and relatives.
I will miss you every day cuz.

Johnny has always been a kind and gentle man, these are some of the wonderful traits of the Tenuta men in our family. Johnny reminded me a lot of my grandfather, he had a huge heart and was always content even though his life wasn’t always easy. I am so sad about your passing Johnny, I wish I could have had the chance to say goodbye. You will live on in my heart and memories and until we meet again rest in eternal peace in heaven. Olivia, Denio and I will miss spending the holidays with you and sharing birthdays and special moments, the memories that we have with you will last a lifetime. Thank you for your love, kindness and generosity. We pray that your soul rests.
