Peacefully at the Toronto East General Hospital on Monday, March 11, 2011 at age 47.

Visitation on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Avenue (at Main St. subway station).
Service in the Chapel on Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock followed by interment at Westminster Cemetery.
