Gloria Morson

Passed away peacefully on January 14, 2014 after a sudden illness at the age of 70. Beloved wife of Aldo, dear mother of Stephanie, loved mother-in-law of Jason Gill and adored Baba of Thalia and Remy. She will be greatly missed by her mother Tillie, sisters Nadia, Luba and Lesia, brother Ray, brother-in-laws Terry and Sandro, sister-in-law Modesta and nieces and nephews Adrian (Katherine), Stephan, Dwight (Susan), Lori (Sebastien), Thomas, Kathleen (Michael), Michael, Catherine (Neil), Mark, Taras and Krista, numerous great nephews and nieces and godchildren. She was predeceased by her father Michael, brother Paul, brother-in-law Michael, mother-in-law Maria and father-in-law Tony.

Gloria’s kindness, compassion and keen desire to help others will be greatly missed by all. We will miss your attentive ear, silly laugh and capacity to care. We hope to celebrate your impact in our lives for years to come. Friends and relatives will be received at DELMORO FUNERAL HOME, 61 Beverly Hills Dr., (1 light south of Wilson Ave., west of Jane St. 416-249-4499) on Thursday, January 16, 2014 from 7-9pm and on Friday, January 17, 2014 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm . A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am on Saturday, January 18 2014 at ST. DEMETRIUS UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (135 La Rose Ave). Interment to follow at BEECHWOOD CEMETERY (7241 Jane St.) Donations in memory of Gloria may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Network or THE UNITED WAY.
