Gordon Robert Kenneth Megson

November 25, 1931 – December 30, 2024

Gordon Robert Kenneth Megson passed away peacefully at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.

Gordon was a loving father, grandpa, great grandpa, uncle and a good friend to many.

Survived by his four children, Gary, Susan, Ronald (Ron) and Brian.

His four grandchildren, Robert, Shayla, Steven and Melissa, his four great grand children, Elliot, Sebastian, Mia and Theo, his nephews Walter and Bill and nieces Leona and Tina.

Gordon was a Power Engineer and operated, maintained and managed commercial properties during his working years. The company he was working for retired him when he was 65 years old. After he was retired he worked for himself doing maintenance, air conditioning and refrigeration repairs for a number of restaurants and stores and finally retired at age 88.

Gordon liked to make friends and was always there to lend a helping hand, as he was very mechanically inclined he could repair almost anything from cars, appliances, plumbing, wiring, and would repair many things for his friends and family. He enjoyed shopping in the thrift stores as if an item required a repair he could repair it. He would say (I like to spend my money efficiently).
