Very sorry for you loss, he was a very kind man. Our condolences to your and family , my he rest in peace.

We are so sorry  for your loss and we know how hard these days are. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and we all send our love and condolences.

In lieu of flowers, if you would like to make a monetary donation, I would please ask that you make it to Trilogy, where he was lovingly cared for during the last 2 years.

Donations can be made in his name and it will go to the Quality of Work Life Committee for the staff at Trilogy.

Donations will be accepted by cheque, money order or cash.  They can be placed in a card and attach a small note, stating that the donation is in the name of Gordon, and address it to the Administrator- Marva Griffiths.  

Cheques should be made out to "Trilogy Long Term Care Residence". Their mailing address is 340 McCowan Rd,  Scarborough, ON M1J 3P4.
