Harry Beacham

Passed away suddenly on the evening of April 22, 2013 at a Toronto hospital in his 96th year. Beloved father of Peter Beacham of Ottawa, Ontario and beloved brother of Rose (Don) Morrison of Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is predeceased by his parents, Rose and Harry, by his sisters Lucy and Maud, and by his brother Sidney, all of Winnipeg. Harry will be missed by his many nephews and nieces in Winnipeg; by friends and neighbours in Toronto, Winnipeg and Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan; and by his friends and business associates from his 50 years with the S.S. Kresge Co. He was active and inventive, true to himself under all circumstances, had a good perspective on human nature and a genuine interest in people, seeing all as equal to himself, which led him to be respected and well-liked by many.

Friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough Ontario, 416-266-4404 on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 2 pm-4pm and from 6pm-8pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 10 am at the funeral home chapel. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery. Reception to follow at Jerrett Funeral Home. If desired, donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the charity of your choice.
