She passed away at home on Wednesday, March 24th from cancer, with her family by her side.
Yvonne was born in Port-de-Grave, Newfoundland in 1944 and although she lived in Toronto for almost 70 years her heart remained in the ocean side town.
She leaves behind her husband, Bob Knox, her two daughters Florence and Lisa, son-in-law, Dave and four granddaughters, Emily, Charlotte, Taylor and Lily. Yvonne will also be missed by her sister, Florence, brother-in-law Barry, and niece Alexandria.
She spent a lifetime showing kindness and giving to others. She will forever remain in the hearts of all those who were fortunate enough to know her.
