Passed away peacefully at Providence Health Centre – Palliative Care Unit on November 25th, 2016 in his 79th year. Hugh is survived by his Loving Sister, Jane and Cousin Catherine (Gary) Nesbitt. Hugh’s greatest passion was singing, he was a proud graduate of St. Michael’s Choir School and was also very dedicated towards his involvement in the St. Anthony’s Men’s Choir and the Alumni Choir of SMCCS. A Visitation will be held at THE JERRETT FUNERAL HOME (1141 St. Clair Ave. W., Toronto, ON. One block east of Dufferin) on Wednesday, November 30th, 2016 from 9:00 am- 1:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Clare’s Catholic Parish (1118 St. Clair Ave W., Toronto, ON) at 1:00 pm. Cremation to Follow.
