He passed peacefully in his sleep after a prolong decline in health.
Born in Montréal, in 1950, he was the son of Frank Dwyer and Gladys (nee Burke) of Fogo Island, Nfld, and brother to Nellie, Stella, Mary, Paddy, Rita and Barb.
He is survived by his wife Jean (nee O’Byrne), sons Patrick, and Jonathan’s family of Lindsay (nee Morrison) and two granddaughters, Findlay and Hannah.
Frank is remembered as a writer, creator, collaborator, entrepreneur, friend, and more. Proudly, he was never called late to dinner.
The realtor in Frank abhorred the waste of good land, and will thus be cremated. The family asks that in lieu of flowers and cards to please make a donation to CAMH https://www.camh.ca/en/get-involved/ways-to-donate
Further arrangements for a celebration of life post-COVID19 will be announced in the coming months.
