Peacefully on Friday, March 20, 2015 at St. Michael's Hospital in his 78th year. Jack beloved husband of Orla (nee Raham). Loving father of Karen (Graeme Illman), Catherine (Bob Kennedy). Dear grandpa of Joel, Charis and Hannah. Dear brother in law of Alan, Austin and Elva. Jack will be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews and all who knew him.
Friends and relatives will be received at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Ave. (at Main Subway stn.), 416-698-3121, for a memorial visitation on Tuesday, March 24 from 5P.M. - 9P.M. and Wednesday, March 25 from 2P.M. - 9P.M. A memorial service will be held at the Yorkminster Park Baptist Church, 1585 Yonge St. (at Yonge and St. Clair) on Thursday, March 26 at 1:00 P.M.
