I have many fond memories of James from when I was growing up.  James will be forever missed by those of us remaining but I know he will be rocking the runways up above in style with his big smile until we can see him again!!  To James' family and close friends, when you are really missing him you won't have to go to far to find him simply look inside your hearts and you will find him there. James you are my best friend and the brother I never had. For 25 years we have worked, laughed, cried, argued, forgive and forgot, partied, meet wonderful friends and became family. We have shared every monument of our lives in good and bad. And from now on I'll miss telling you all about it. Until we meet again my friend Love always! Miss You!

James we have been friends since 1978 and inseparable for many years, day and night we would talk and on the weekend get out and shake what our Mama's gave us, we went from club too club and rocked the joint down.  I will never forget your laughter, your smile and your crazy ways.  In 1990 we lost touch but I found you a few years go, Love you James.  You will always be my number one DISCO DANCER.  I always thought we would take one more stroll on the floor.  Rest in peace my buddy and remember you were and still are LOVED

We are sad to hear this news. James had a good sense of humour and always made us laugh. He brightened our lobby during holidays with decorations and candies.  We will miss him.

Though I didn't know him terribly long, I did know he went to great lengths to make our building a safe, fun, and comfortable space for all. He really went the extra mile for everyone, and I will always see him as a positive example. It won't be the same without him here.

There is a sadness that is known when the loss of someone dear to so many leave us.  James will be missed by those who knew his dedication to his friends, his job and in the past few years, his building.
