James was a hard working construction worker for over 20 years with McCloud Saw & Drilling Co. He enjoyed playing his guitar and tap dancing in his younger days. James belonged to North Preston Baptist Church.
One of his greatest loves was the tavern and playing pool with his friends. James enjoyed telling stories from the past. He loved keeping himself clean and neat, everyone called him “Cool Cat”.
James was well known in his North Preston Community by the old and young and was loved by all who knew him. He was well known by the Dartmouth Police Officers’ who hung out with him and made sure he arrived safely home. James always had a word for you on how he saw things, always well spoken and given real truth in the words he spoke. Even when you thought he wasn’t listening he heard all conversations. He would look at you with his eyes and smile that smirk that told you he heard all.
James will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
May he Rest In Peace.
