Born in Hamilton on May 21, 1921. She was an honors student. She went to Ontario Bible College in Toronto. Upon graduation she worked as a secretary. She met James and they married. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 2006. They had one son Robert. Jean had many interests; love of art and painting. She had numerous friends at Calvary Church. Her best friend being Jesus Christ.
