Passed away on September 8, 2016 in Toronto, Ontario at the age of 36. Jeffrey is predeceased by his father Jimmy Sutton (2008) and mother Debbie Fagan (2011). Jeff will be sadly missed by his brother Brad Collar of Timmins, daughter Jenna Lynn Murphy, step father Gary Hill and step siblings Dave, Sunny, Lisa, Brenda and his niece Amanda. Jeff will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
