August 9, 1933 – May 9, 2016
It is with great sorrow that the family announces the sudden passing of Jennie. She will be profoundly missed by daughters Charmaine Peoples (Tom), and Sandra Johnson. She was the proud, devoted grandma of James and Morgan Peoples. Predeceased by her husband Douglas (1980). Jennie will be sadly missed by her brother Joe Ptashynski (Shirley), her sister Stella Sidlowich, and her many nieces, nephews, and friends. Jennie will be also be missed by all her friends at Blair Court.
Jennie’s generosity, love, caring and support was felt by all who knew her. She will be forever remembered as a compassionate, loving person to all, who always gave much more than she received. There will be a private family service at The Toronto Necropolis on May 26th where Jennie’s ashes will be scattered in the Rose Garden.
For all who knew and loved her, a Celebration of Jennie’s Life will be held at Blair Court, 266 Donlands Ave on Saturday June 11, 2016 from 1-3pm.
