Passed away peacefully on March 22, 2011 at Campbellford Memorial Hospital in his 72nd year. John was born in Percy Township, Northumberland County, Ontario to Sylvester and Katherine on October 6, 1939. Predeceased by his loving wife Patricia. John leaves behind his beloved sons Bradley (Sarah), Paul (Tess), Glen (Carla), Craig and Grant (Alejandra). He was the adored grandpa to Corbin, Maggie, Nicholas, and Patrick. Survived by his caring sister Maureen Drinkwater and her husband Alan, and sisters-in-law Colleen Nahorniak (Jim) and Linda McNeil (late, Blair). John will be deeply missed by many extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2011 from 12 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. at Trull Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 1111 Danforth Avenue (east of Donlands subway) 416-465-4661.
