VELLA, John Angelo– passed away peacefully with his family and friends by his side on April 21, 2013 at Centenary Hospital at the age of 73. He is predeceased by his wife Rita, sister Rina and parents. Survived by his son Tony (Carrie); grandchildren Amanda, Robert (Ashley), Ryan, Brandon and Aiden; great-grandchildren Victoria, Haile and Cameron whom he loved so dearly; beloved brother of Manuel, Joey and Martin in Malta; brother Alfred (Carmen) in Australia and his many nieces and nephews. Although you left us, you will forever be in our hearts. Special thanks to the staff at Centenary on 9 floor East. Viewing will be held on Thursday, April 25th at Trull Funeral Home, 1111 Danforth Avenue, Toronto from 5 pm – 9 pm. Service will be held on Friday, April 26 at St. Joseph Church, 200 Morrish Road, West Hill, ON starting at 10:30am. Burial will follow. You can give flowers or donate to the Cancer Society.
