I first met Greg 4 or so years ago. Bought many a paper from him, and we chatted about the news of the day, politics, etc etc. and shared many a joke - mostly unpublishable ! 
He always put a smile on my face.

Greg was able to sell our Toronto Street News issues for many years. He was a positive person and we are so very sorry to lose him.
He was able to converse with people about the paper.

I met Greg over 25 years ago. He was always a good friend and he touched my life in a way I can never express. He is loved and will be missed dearly by many.

I met Greg 5 years ago; every time I saw him, no matter what his circumstances were, he had a smile that shone through his being that showed me what a genuine person he was.

Greg Lebelle had one of the most charismatic personalities I've had the pleasure of coming across.  No matter what obstacles stood in his way, he met them head on with extraordinary determination, perseverance and a certain humility and humour that is rare in this day and age.  Last we spoke he told me he'd had a ‘good life;' my wish for him would be that it had been much longer, healthier and with less hardship.  Greg taught me a great deal from the time I met him less than a year ago, to my last visit with him at the beginning of December.  It was an honour to know him – he will be truly missed.  My deepest condolences to his Family.
