Keith Cassidy

Surrounded by his three children, Keith passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 after a brief illness. Pre-deceased by wife of 35 years, Wilma (nee James), Keith leaves behind his three children: Kevin (Pat), Sharon (Mike) and Blake (Fiona) and seven adored grandchildren: Erin, Shayne, Cassidy, Parker, Delaney, Piers and Airlie.

A proud Ottawa Valley native, Keith grew up on a farm near Carleton Place, before moving to Toronto. Keith was an active and enthusiastic participant at local dances all over southern Ontario, where he loved to cut a fast jig and listen to fiddle music. With a unique ability to make friends wherever he went, he will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

Thank you to the staff at Scarborough General Hospital for the outstanding care he received during his last few days.

A visitation for Keith will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Jerrett Funeral Homes, 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON M1K2B5.
