Died peacefully at Loretto Infirmary, Toronto, Ontario, on Monday August 23, 2010. Sister was in her 58th year as a member of the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Loretto Sisters). Daughter of the late John Patrick Sullivan and Elizabeth Dorcas O’Neill. Predeceased by her brother Bernard, sisters Theresa Skinner and Marie and Alex Teed, and brother-in-law Donald Doucette. Survived by her sisters Margaret Doucette, Patricia Turner, Carolyn Sullivan, Eileen (Hank) Maltais and by her brothers Denis (Muriel) and Joseph (Rochelle), sister-in-law Kirsten Sullivan, brother-in-law Norman Skinner and by many nieces, nephews, grand and great grand nieces and nephews. Sister ministered in Toronto, Brampton, Gull Bay and Bolivia as Teacher, Principal, Dean of Loretto College, General Councillor, Spiritual Director, Coordinator of the Loretto Associate Relationship and Volunteer to many refugee networks. Friends may call at Loretto Abbey, 101 Mason Blvd., Toronto, on Wednesday August 25, 2010 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. Prayers at 7 o’clock on the same day.
