

At the Rouge Valley Hospital, November 6th, 2015 in his 96th year of life and 67th year of Religious life. Leo followed his older brother, Brother Daniel Brady, S.J., into the Jesuit novitiate at Guelph. After pronouncing his first vows in 1950 Brother Leo began his long stay at Guelph as carpenter and assistant gardener. Later he took on a heavy responsibility as the farm consisted of a large herd of cattle and pigs housed in a huge barn. It was in 2001 that Brother Leo ended his long tenure of fifty years serving the Guelph community and moved to the Jesuit Infirmary in Pickering. Evening Visitation will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.(with wake service at 8:00 p.m.) on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 St. Ignatius Chapel, Manresa-Jesuit Spiritual Renewal Centre, 2325 Liverpool Road North, Pickering ON. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2015 St. Ignatius Chapel Manresa-Jesuit Spiritual Renewal Centre, 2325 Liverpool Road North, Pickering, ON.
