Leonardo was born on June 30th, 1931, in Salemi, Trapani, Sicily, Italy to parents Antonio and Pietra. Leonardo is now reunited in heaven with his wife Paola and son Luciano (survived by Frances) . Proud Father to Tony (Rose) and Piera (Tony). May he be the guardian angel to his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Leonardo was a successful entrepreneur, starting his business, Royal 1-Hour Cleaners and in his retirement years, he enjoyed gardening. Leonardo was also very involved in the Italian community in Toronto and was the founder of the Comitato San Francesco di Paola da Salemi.
He will be missed by his many friends, family, relatives and all who knew him. The family would like to thank you for all your love and support in their time of need. Those who wish to make a donation in Leonardo’s name can be directed to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
