God called Lidia home on March 24th, 2023 at 89 years of age. Lidia is now re-united in heaven with her beloved husband Berardino. Forever cherished by her children Luigi (Neveen), Giancarlo and Roberto (Raha). Proud Nonna of Alexia and Luke. Lidia will be missed by all of her family and many friends. A devout Catholic, she was a member of the Women’s Catholic league and active in her local community with various charities.Special thanks to her Villa Colombo family on the 3rd and 4th Floor Fusco Wing, particularly the PSW’s, nurses, and recreational staff. Visitation(s) will be held at Delmoro Funeral Home, (61 Beverly Hills Drive, one light south of Wilson Avenue and west of Jane Street) on Friday, March 31st, 2023 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Avenue West, at Dufferin Street) on Saturday, April 1st, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Mausoleum (4570 Yonge Street, south of Sheppard Avenue) In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
