Mrs. Lidia Scaini

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 3rd, 2011 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Ettore. Loving mother to John (Rose), Vince (Carol), Anna (Vince Germanese), Sandra (Victor Bocking), and Jerry (Teresa). Cherished grandmother to Paul, Stefanie (Danny Catallo), Alexandra, Marc, Emma, David, William, Julia, and Andrew. Also loved by step-grandchildren Jeff Beaty (Karen), Mark (Wendy), Kyle (Miriam); and step-great-grandchildren Carter, Mason, and Taylor. She will be sorrowfully missed by her siblings, many relatives, friends, and neighbours. The family will receive friends at the Delmoro Funeral Home (61 Beverly Hills Dr. in North York) on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-9 pm. The Funeral Mass will becelebrated on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 9:30 am at St Jane Frances RC Church (2747 Jane St. in North York) The entombment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Thornhill. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation would be appreciated as an expression of sympathy.
