Linda Rose Hayes

It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of their beloved Linda on October 18, 2023 at Southlake Regional Hospital, Newmarket at the age of 74, surrounded by the love of her family. Together forever with her Beloved Son Cory Whittle (2020), her Grandson Isaiah Conner and her late Brother Dennis (Betty). Linda is survived by her Beloved Spouse and best friend Russell Conner of over 24 wonderful years. Cherished Mother to Terry, Sherry, Barry, Christine (Steve) and Richard (Melissa). Beloved Nana to Deserai, Devin, Clare, Kole, Jayden, Abby, Cheyenne, Sean, Callum, Garrett. Beloved Great-Nana to Riley, Zoey, Audrey and Owen. She will be lovingly remembered by all her family and friends. Linda enjoyed playing Bingo with her many lucky charms. She enjoyed cooking, baking all while Papa was her taste testing guinea pig. Linda truly loved to garden, while Papa handled the not so fun jobs like weeding., Linda enjoyed being outdoors and fishing with her family. Linda's hobbies included arts and crafts which now are represented in her garden and will forever be cherished.

Family and Friends will be welcomed to the Giffen-Mack & Trull Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M4C 1L3 416-698-3121 for a Visitation on Tuesday October 24, 2023 from 5-8PM. A visitation prior to the funeral service to take place from 11:30AM-12:30PM with the funeral service to follow in the Peter Giffen Memorial Chapel at 12:30PM on Wednesday October 25, 2023. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Donations in Linda's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
