From the moment I met Doris, Jerry’s Mom as I knew her, I had a connection with her. She was a sweet and loving woman. She loved to cook and watch cooking shows. Doris would often send cabbage rolls and spaghetti sauce for me and my family. I would call her and we talk about random stuff. She often told me how much she loved her family and how everyone one was doing. We talked a lot about Josh and she told me some funny stories. She was a fighter and wanted to live even though her quality of life wasn't that great. I spent some time at her home last summer she even gave up her bed for me. Which I insisted no but then Jerry told me don't worry my mom always sleeps on the couch. I will miss our talks. You are truly loved. Bye for now she would say. Cabbage rolls will not be the same until we meet again my dear friend. Love you lots. Bye for now.

I didn’t get an opportunity to meet this lovely lady but if the job she did raising Jerry is any indication of what she was like she must of been a real gem. Jerry spoke very fondly and often of you so I do feel like I knew you threw him
God rest your soul
Sending my love and heart felt condolences to Jerry and his family for there loss
