Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Monday, May 23, 2016, at the age of 87. Loving wife of the late Laszlo. Cherished mother of Marie (Frank), Leslie, and Jim (Eddie). Proud grandma of Richard, Frank (Catherine), Tanya, and Michael. Grant Gran of Frankie Jr., Emily Marie, and Matthew James. Maria will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her family, friends, and grand pets. A visitation will be held at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A Funeral Service in the Chapel will follow at 12:30 p.m. Interment at Prospect Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the SickKids Foundation.
