God called Inez home to his kingdom too soon, on September 26, 2023 she gained her angel wings at 69 years young. She was born on April 15, 1954 in Pedreira do Nordeste, São Miguel, Açores to Manuel and Serafina Mendonca.
Loving mother of Sandra and Paul (Michelle) and treasured avõ to Liam, Nathan, and Kyle.
Maria Inez will be missed by her sisters; Aida, Eduarda, and Genoveva.
She will be forever remembered for her outgoing personality. She loved gardening, she had a garden of the heart, she planted all the good things, that gave her family its start. Maria Inez was so loved and will be missed by all of her family and friends.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-9:00pm
The Funeral Mass will be on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 10:00am at St. Helen’s Parish at 1680 Dundas St. W.
PLEASE NOTE: On the morning of the Mass, we would ask that all friends go directly to the church allowing the family some private time prior to the service.
Private cremation to follow.
