She was known for her gentle soul, her nurturing spirit, and generosity. She is reunited with her late loving husband Diego Luigi. Maria is survived by her daughter Franca, son-in-law Michael, and most cherished grandson Adam. She will also be remembered by all her family members, and friends.

Friends and family may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Thursday March 6, 2:00pm-4:00pm and in the evening 6:00pm-9:00pm. The funeral mass will take place the following day, Friday March 7, at 11:00am at St. Clare's Roman Catholic Church. Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery.
