Peacefully at the Toronto East General Hospital on Wednesday, December 10th, 2014 in her 88th year. Marie, beloved wife of the late William. Predeceased by her parents John O'Brien and Kathleen Dwyer. Loving mother of Bill, Warna (Jack), Jean (Allan) and Dianne (Rocco). Dear grandmother of Bill (Laura), Warren, Eden (Anthony), Clinton (Brenda), Maureen (John), Brett, Jean (Patrick), Evelyn (John), Sandra (Jason), Michael (Gillian) and Matthew. Great-grandmother of 22 great-grandchildren. Special Mom to Arthur, Langley, Victor, Vernon, the late Vincent and their respective families. Dear sister of James (Dorothy) and the late Robert and Gerald. Marie will be sadly missed by her companion Larry O'Donnell, nieces and nephews and all who knew her.
Family and friends will be received at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (2570 Danforth Ave., located directly beside Main Subway Station), 416-698-3121 for visitation on Sunday, December 14th from 2-8 p.m. A service will be held on Monday, December 15th, 2014 in the Giffen-Mack Chapel at 4 p.m.
