Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully with family by her side July 31st 2020.

Mary was the second daughter of Arturo & Grace Vertolli, sister to May & Sam (deceased), and survived by her loving younger brother Gordon Vertolli. She was born August 15th 1922 at a time when life was much simpler, she met and married Rocco (Rocky) Lofranco in June of 1943 and during those early years she got the nickname of “Molly” a nickname that stuck with her for life.

The two had a loving family of four children, Virginia (Ginny) Grace (deceased) Michael and Arthur. They had 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Her favorite things were Bingo, Lawrence Welk and the Casino but mostly she enjoyed a meal with her family.

Rest in peace Molly, we all will miss your smile and your laughter, we take great comfort in knowing you are with Rocky and your daughter Grace as well as many more who have passed. We know you are with them looking down upon your family and you will always be in all of our hearts.

To Michael, Art, and Ginny and all your Families.
Mike & I and all our Families send our condolences for the loss of Auntie Molly.
The last time we saw her at her house in October 2018, she was still the same person we remembered growing up in Toronto before we left in 1961.
She is now with Rocky, Grace and Grampa, and Mike and May sharing stories about all of the grandchildren and great grandchildren

Grandma your love will be missed, as we all know family is what you loved the most.
Thankful for your time when you taught me and other grandkids how to cook.
I spent a day with you learning how to make your chicken soup. It was our favourite as kids growing up, it was simple and delicious but mostly made with love.
A cup of tea and conversation with you was always enjoyable, don’t forget the dessert!! As well all know you always made sure tea went with something sweet.
Love you Grandma

There are two things I remember most about Mrs. Lofranco...the first was her infectious laughter and the second was her making meatballs and sauce. I spent some memorable times in the Lofranco home having a cuppa tea and chatting. Mrs. Lofranco you were the matriarch of the family and will be sorely missed. Our deepest condolences to Ginny, Michael and Art. Grace get your bingo chips ready your loving mom is on her way.
Rest in Peace Mrs. L.
