It is with deep sadness and love that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and pastor Morrin Mahepath, who went home to be with the Lord on August 16, 2025. He passed at Scarborough General Hospital after a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis.
Born in Trinidad, Morrin’s life was a journey of faith, resilience, and devotion to God. From his early days as a student and young businessman, to his later calling into ministry, Morrin lived a life dedicated to helping others, advising, and sharing God’s word. His story was marked by determination, healing, and the belief that education and faith could change lives.
Those who knew him will remember his sharp mind, his humility, his words of wisdom, and his compassion. Through illness, he taught us what it meant to endure with humility, dignity, courage, and trust in God.
Morrin will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were blessed by his ministry and kindness. Though our hearts grieve, we take comfort in knowing he is now free from suffering and at peace in the presence of his Savior.
“Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His faithful servants.” – Psalm 116:15
