My deepest condolences to the family. Words cannot express my feelings towards the loss of this beautiful person and soul Nada. We worked together for many years in a very busy laboratory and again at Canadian Blood Services. We worked so well together that we worked in tandem, no time to speak to each other but understanding each other’s needs to get us through the day. Our patients were convinced we were sisters. They would ask, “What’s it like to work with your sister?” And never believed us when we said we weren’t. We had pet names for each other. She was affectionately Nadonia... She excitedly called me last summer and asked me “Can you guess where I am right now?” She was actually visiting Newfoundland and called me from my home town that I boasted to her for years about how beautiful it was. Her patients loved her and she took care of the same ones for years. Donors at Canadian Blood Services would walk up to her and say, “I know you... You used to take my dads blood for years.. You were so good to him.” Nada always had a smile. We had some good laughs together. Our relationship went outside of work like grabbing a bite to eat on a Friday afternoon, just going for a coffee, shoe shopping and even grocery shopping together. We were in no rush to part ways just because it was the end of the week. That’s the kind of person she was. She was more than just a coworker, she was my friend and we shared a sisterhood. God has called her home. Rest easy my friend until we meet again.

We were extremely blessed to have known and befriended Nada.
She was a very loyal and supportive friend of the family. She was there for you in good times, and in bad. Always willing to listen, provide guidance but expected nothing in return. Nada, we will always have you in our memories. We will remember that bright positive spirit of yours. Rest in peace, dear friend. You will live in our hearts forever.

Love always, The Spasovski Family
