Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the age of 92. Loving husband of the late Katharina. Cherished father of Norm (Jacky), Heidi (Mike), Walt (Susan), and Rick (Tracy). Proud Opa of Ken (Kim), Desiree (Blayne), Danielle (Frank), Chantelle (Matt), Sondra (Ted), Vanessa (Brian), Steven, Trystan, Jordan, Regan, and Devan. Great Opa of Chloe, Jacob, and Mason. Beloved uncle of Frank (Joanne); Great uncle of Frank and John. Norbert will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family and many friends. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to the wonderful staff at Sunrise of Richmond Hill, for their compassionate care and support. A visitation will be held at the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, on Friday, May 6, 2016, from 4-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at ST. MARIA GORETTI PARISH, 717 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, on Saturday, May 7, 2016, at 1 p.m. Interment at Mount Hope Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
