Patricia Trish Marie Doherty Gerretsen

Passed away on Thursday December 16, 2010, surrounded by her loving children Mary, Rebecca, Philip, Patrick and her five precious grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Peter “Le Rock” who selflessly cared for her after her stroke in 1989. Trish worked as a broadcaster, a production assistant and a film producer. She approached life with great passion, fortified by her faith and her strong connection to family. She is no doubt anxious to be put to rest alongside her devoted “business partner” so that they can commence work on their next project together. Friends may call at the TRULL “NORTH TORONTO” FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 2704 Yonge St. (5 blocks south of Lawrence Ave.) on Sunday from 6-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at ST. MONICA’S CHURCH (44 Broadway Ave, East of Yonge St.) on Monday at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. . In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Campaign Life Coalition or Our Lady’s Missionaries.
