Passed away on May 12, 2013 at The Scarborough Hospital, General Campus, surrounded by her family.
Pat will be fondly remembered by her husband James, son Stuart and daughter-in-law Heather, her two grandchildren Rachel and Kristen, and nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her four brothers and one sister.

Family and friends are invited to visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, 416-266-4404, on Tuesday, May 14th from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00pm. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, May 15th at 11:00am with viewing 1 hour prior.
